Sarabian points out that I left out note 1. The issue here is that if
you ping my XML-RPC server and claim that the referring URL is
"http://somewhere/aMassive500MBAviFile.avi" or something then the
blogging system needs to not download all of it before checking to see
if the referred-to URL is contained therein!
