Mort asked if someone could set up a dummy blog for testing pingback
implementations.

I have set up

   http://www.dummy-blog.org/

...for this purpose. This is an open blog, people can post if they
want. Instructions are available on the first entry:

   http://www.dummy-blog.org/?start=1031366295&count=1

This blog supports pingback (both client and server), has two RSS feeds
(one with HTML markup and the other with no markup), and pings weblogs.com
whenever a new post is added.
